Are you interested in winning a $50 Visa gift card? This summer, Advanced Pain Management will be running a contest for current patients, with a different winner each month! Participation is easy and effortless, and is as simple as logging into our patient portal.

You must be a current and existing patient to qualify for the gift card prize, and you must login in at least once to the patient portal on our website. You will not be entered into the drawing for logging in multiple times—one entry per customer only.
