Step-by-Step Personal Injury Care Process
- We receive your referral via phone or email from your attorney’s office.
- A Letter of Protection (LOP) is provided, or medical insurance/funding information is shared. We also collaborate with several regional and national medical funding companies.
- For first-time attorney partners, a good faith deposit of $450.00 is required for the initial consultation. After this visit, billing can continue under an LOP or through your selected funding company. Once a strong working relationship is established, the deposit requirement may be waived.
- Medical records and imaging reports are gathered.
- A new referral is entered into our system with all necessary documentation.
- The patient is contacted to schedule their first appointment and receives email/text confirmations and registration instructions.
- After the appointment, within 24–48 hours, the attorney receives a comprehensive email or SharePoint link with medical notes, billing forms, procedural recommendations, and appointment details.
- Written approval from the attorney is required before any procedures are scheduled. We also coordinate any needed referrals (MRIs, physical therapy, specialists, etc.).
